  • Description
Hilma Biocare - Stanozolol are dihydrotestosterone (DHT) derived anabolic androgenic steroids. They are in a form that has been structurally altered.
Hilma Biocare Stanozolols are the DHT hormones that have two structural changes which give us Winstrol compounds.
Alteration number one occurs when an attached pyrazol group at the A-ring of the hormone is introduced to replace the 3-keto group. This is what officially classifies Hilma Biocare Stanozolols as heterocyclic steroids.
The hormones also carry an added methyl group to protect the hormones after administration. A structural change like this is what occurs at the 17th carbon position, which officially classifies Stanozolols as C17-alpha alkylated (C17-aa) anabolic steroids.
Overview and History of the Hilma Biocare Stanozolol
What we formally recognize as Stanozolol is actually branded Winstrol. It exists in both injectable and oral formats, and takes its position as third of the top three most popular and most widely used anabolic steroids by athletes and bodybuilders.
The only other anabolic steroids that supersede it are the Deca-Durabolin (Nandrolone Decanoate) which takes second place, and the Dianabol (Methandrostenolone) which is on the first pedestal.
What gave Winstrol its fame was its alleged use by Ben Johnson, the Canadian Olympic sprinter, who at the 1988 Seoul Summer Olympic games was tested positive for the drug. Its origins actually date to 1959 when the scientific and medical community received the first release of its details. It was the UK's Winthrop Laboratories which marketed Stanozolol. The USA's Sterling bought the patent two years later to feed the US market, where the drug was branded as Winstrol.
The list of medical treatments for which Winstrol has been approved is extensive. They range from treating tissue and muscle wasting diseases, through the treatment of children with stunted growth and burn victims, to being used as a drug for Osteoporosis. When it comes to anemia, however, Winstrol hasn't been very effective.
There are several different ways in which its mechanism of action is quite brilliant. Rather than activity that is non-receptor mediated, which is often found with other anabolic steroids like Dianabol or Anadrol, Winstrol's primary operation works through binding with the androgen receptor.
In addition Winstrol has a low affinity for binding with Glucocorticoid-binding sites. This is on top of some activity which is independent of androgen receptors. Winstrol possesses an extremely  low degree of Progestogenic activity in the body.
One somewhat impressive and unique function exhibited by Winstrol is its ability to significantly lower the levels of the body's SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin). This allows freer Testosterone, as well as other anabolic hormones. to generate anabolic activity in the muscle tissues.
Winstrol exhibits a high degree of facilitating and stimulating protein synthesis. It has also been seen to possess the capability of increasing collagen synthesis in the body.
Side Effects of Hilma Biocare Stanozolol
When the it comes to Hilma Biocare Stanozolol's side effects, the main areas of concern relate to issues of hepatotoxicity in the liver, along with disruption of the HPTA (Hypothalamic Pituitary Testicular Axis), and negative impacts on the cardiovascular system.
Due to Hilma Biocare Stanozolol being an anabolic steroid derived from DHT, it is incapable of  conversion into Estrogen at any dose. This means there should be Estrogenic side effects as a consequence of using Hilma Biocare Stanozolol on its own. Consequently, side effects, like water retention and bloating, gynecomastia, or any other side effects associated with Estrogen buildup are totally nonexistent.
Androgenic side effects are still a potential risk, even though Hilma Biocare Stanozolol has a weaker androgenic strength rating than Testosterone. However, the effects are much lower, and may only significantly affect users if they are very sensitive to androgens.
The androgenic side effects could include acne and increased oily skin and acne, hair growing on the body, BPH (Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy)., and MPB (male pattern baldness). It is completely ineffective to use a 5-alpha reductase (5AR) inhibitor, like Finasteride, Dutasteride, Proscar, or Propecia, because Hilma Biocare Stanozolol doesn't convert into DHT.
One prominent area of concern is related to HPTA suppression. This is a given with any anabolic steroid's use. It has been shown by studies that, with even a small dose of 10mg/day of Hilma Biocare Stanozolol, subjects have experienced a 55 per cent decrease in production of endogenous Testosterone after just 14 days.
Another effect to be conscious of with Hilma Biocare Stanozolol involves hepatotoxicity (liver toxicity). This was eventually experienced by otherwise healthy individuals, especially with the use of the oral variant. But Winstrol's injectable preparation has also caused concern in studies.
The recommendation is to use Hilma Biocare Stanozolol for no longer than six to eight weeks at a time, especially using the oral variant.
Concerns about cardiovascular health are particularly major when considering Hilma Biocare Stanozolol side effects. Hilma Biocare Stanozolol is notorious for producing extremely severe and dangerously negative alterations in blood cholesterol levels. This occurs even with tiny doses, as low as 6mg/day of the oral variant format. Even the injectable preparation has had very negative implications on blood cholesterol. Evidence also suggests it can stimulate cardiac hypertrophy at even small doses.
